- All patients must be 18 years of age and present their original physician's letter of recommendation and California ID to the person at the desk at the first visit. The ID laminate that we create for you is acceptable after 1st visit. We highly advise that you also keep a full size copy of your recommendation in your vehicle at all times in case you are confronted with law enforcement.
- Please check in at the front desk with every visit.
- Patients are asked not to touch door handles. Security or front office personnel will open all doors for you.
- No cell phones. Please, leave them in your car.
- No weapons, alcohol or drug use in or around the facility.
- Come alone. Do not bring your friends with you unless they are patients also. Please avoid having people wait in the car for you. No exchanging of monies or medicine inside OR outside of the facility. This is considered conversion and it is a felony that puts you and the collective at risk.
- Your medicine is intended for your use only. Do not divide up your medicine near or around any dispensary. Also, do not divide money and/or medicine in the buying area of our collective.
- Never loiter or become a nuisance around our collective. Please protect our reputation of being a "good neighbor" in this community. This goes a long way toward keeping collectives open and available to you.
- Please do not park illegally in front of our collective. You will likely get a ticket. There is a parking west of us on Sunset Blvd. If you would like an escort to your vehicle, please ask our security staff.
- Please be kind and courteous to our staff. We are a small collective and we pride ourselves on taking time with each patient and providing thorough patient service. Thanks for your patience.
